Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the People First Method (“PFM”) online cohort program and related materials operated by Cline Partners, LLC d/b/a People First Method (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling, paying for, or accessing the program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

1. The program

People First Method – Level I is a 6-month, cohort-based online program. Enrollment includes access to the Level I course vignettes and listed bonus content, the PFM Slack workspace, live cohort engagement calls, and the PFM Artifact Library, as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Program content, schedule, and included materials may be updated or improved over time.

2. Enrollment & eligibility

Enrollment is per individual and is intended for the named participant. Accounts and access credentials may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payment & billing

The program is billed as a fixed-term subscription of six (6) consecutive monthly payments at the price shown at checkout. By enrolling you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for each scheduled installment until the term is complete. It is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file; failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved. All amounts are in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 4 weeks of your cohort start. Refund eligibility is measured from your cohort’s start date, not your purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at hello@peoplefirstmethod.com.

5. Participation & code of conduct

The cohort experience depends on a respectful, engaged community. You agree to treat fellow participants, coaches, and staff with professionalism, to keep discussions constructive, and to refrain from harassment, discrimination, spam, or disruptive conduct in the Slack workspace, on calls, or in any program space. We may remove participants who violate this code of conduct.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, vignettes, frameworks, templates, and Artifact Library contents are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from program materials without our prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Cohort calls and Slack discussions may include other participants’ personal experiences, client situations, and business information. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to share it outside the cohort without the discloser’s consent.

8. Recordings

Live cohort calls may be recorded and made available to participants for review. By attending, you consent to being recorded. Recordings remain our property and are subject to the intellectual-property terms above.

9. No guarantee of specific outcomes

The program provides education and skill development. While we stand behind it with the refund policy in Section 4, we do not guarantee any specific professional, financial, employment, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the program or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may cancel in accordance with the refund and billing terms above. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or for violation of these Terms or the code of conduct. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to our use of your information to deliver and administer the program.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants, and continued use of the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction and venue in Los Angeles, California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@peoplefirstmethod.com.
